CarPlay in Canada

I can't find any CarPlay options on my phone. 5S, iOS 8.3, and a 2014 Tiguan with Bluetooth. But no navigation, just steering wheel controls. I'm able to access the default VW voice-command system, but not Siri. I have a steering wheel voice command button, and my phone connects to the car through Bluetooth....

You don't have CarPlay, so you won't be able to to use what you don't have. Currently CarPlay is only on select cars and you plug your phone Into your car to use CarPlay.
You will be able to just use Bluetooth to play music, etc.
