iPhone CarPlay issues 13.1 (and 13.1.1)

Since 13.1 (and now 13.1.1) I cannot get CarPlay to recognize in my vehicle. I'm driving a 2018 vehicle and never had this issue in the past with 13.0 or any previous OS with any other iPhone. Its a little frustrating as I use CarPlay every day and I don't know what the issue is. I know its not my vehicle as other devices on lower software are working fine, as did my Max Pro on 13.0.

Is anyone else having similar issues and have you figured out a fix? Thanks!

But yes, I have no audio at all since moving to an iPhone 11 Pro - it simply cuts out after a second or few of playback.

Wired CarPlay in a 2017 Subaru Impreza.

Works fine with other iPhones (eg a 7 running 12.4)
