CarPlay CarPlay not working in Ford Sync 3 ; iOS 13.2

I am having some problems with CarPlay after updating to iOS 13.2.

My Ford Sync 3.3 does not seem to detect my iPhone 11 Pro anymore after updating to the latest iOS version

2 of my iPhones running iOS 13.2 does not connect to the Ford CarPlay via USB

anyone else experiencing the issue?

No issue here... Xs Max and iPhone 8 Plus, both running iOS 13.2... can connect to our 2019 Edge running Sync 3.

My wife just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 with iOS 13. Her Nissan Murano previously made a near instant connection to CarPlay with all features operational. However the iPhone 11 with iOS 13 is slow to connect if it does at all. It gives a message that the new phone is not compatible with CarPlay and at other times it will connect albeit slowly. At this point it is difficult to determine if it is the phone or the iOS. Any suggestions?
