iPhone CarPlay Setting Destination

I have a 2020 F-150 w/sync 3 and I was wondering if it’s possible to somehow touch the destination on the truck ‘s screen to set the nav? Or do I have to use Search or Destination that pops up when you click on a destination on the map screen on the truck’s display? I know that I can use Siri.

I just tried it on both my 2021 Ranger (SYNC 3) or my wife's 2022 Edge (SYNC4) and did not see how to do it ... but 99% of the time I set the destination via Siri (for the remaining 1%, I set the destination on my phone).
