Hi,

I've bought a pile of DVD-R's and am currently backing up my iPhoto and iTunes Library as well as other large files on to the DVD's.

The CD cases that I purchased do not come with sleeves and so I am hoping to be able to use the utility 'Grab' to get a picture of what I'm wanting to copy.

I then want to insert this picture into the case - much alike a CD sleeve.

It is probably a very simple job, but which is the best way to get the picture to the exact size?

Is there a program that I can use, or is there a more simple method?

Many thanks! :)

Andy.

If you just want to scale images, you can drag a captured image into iPhoto and then export it and pick an image size. That's an easy way to scale an image to a particular pixel dimension.

You can buy commercial packages for CD labeling. Is that what you have in mind?

Or will you do them yourself using software like AppleWorks, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.?
