So I just took out a burnt up combo drive out of my iBook G3 and replaced it with a new combo drive. After putting everything back together I hit the eject button and it makes a long beep and won't eject.

I can open it manually and it will show the cd just fine.

Is it doing this because something is stopping it from opening? I also notice it's pretty sensitive to the touch... that is slight pressure on the right side as if you are typing will cause the drive to make a noise like cd is hitting the top. I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly. Any idea... probably just take it apart again? lol
