Hi, this isn't exactly an issue that I find easy to describe... so bear with me please.

First of all I have an iPhone 4s, iOS 7.1.2 with Jailbreak.
So, when you go to "options"->"celular data" you can toggle the celular data and "use 3G" on and off. Just bellow that you get a list of all the apps that have used online data while on 3G, and you can toggle to decide whether that specific app is authorised to use celular data or not.

So at some point, in order to save 3G data (as I can only use 200MB per month) I turned off nearly all the apps, except for one or two. But closing and re-opening this menu switches most of these apps back on, and worse part is, when opening them I get a "celular data is turned off for app X" warning.

I'm not sure what's causing this... any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
