Change icon to preview in "Get Info" panel

Hello,

My question might sound stupid but...
I have a bunch of images and when I highlight them and choose "get Info"(command+i) at the top you get a "jpeg" icon next to the name of the file.

I was wondering if there was a way to change this icon to preview the actual picture. It happens with some of the pictures but the others not. Not sure why is this. Here is an image to explain, any one knows whats going on? I am on 10.9.5

I have the same problem, perhaps different locations on the files? It is the same for my music files, some with a note and play button some not. I can not fix it, annoying!
