Carrier Change iPad Carrier

In looking at the new iPad Air, it appears one model supports all carriers. Does this mean that I could buy from Apple with an ATT SIM in it, and later down the line put a Verizon SIM in?

Yeah basically. It comes unlocked..just happens to have a SIM included. You can use any that you want

Buy which ever version you can get your hands on and swap in the carrier SIM you want to use.
