i have an old IPhone 4 I usually charge but I haven't charged it in about 5 months. Its stored In a safe dry place and it hasn't sustained any damage or anything. It was low on memory though and the low memory message popped up every now and then.
Should it be fine when I turn it on? Will all my files still be on it? I'm scared to turn it on and find everything will be wiped from it.
I have an old iPod from 2009 I turn on after prolonged time off and it is always fine.

there
Memory?
Ya mean Battery.
Yes, mine (itouch) sat for over a year, I did a cable connect before turning that on.
Nothing will get lost, just DO NOT SYNC IN ITUNES or click the option off

Memory and battery aren’t related to each other. You can replace one without impacting the other.
