iPhone XS Max Charging port liquid WTF

Hello.
I went to try and charge my phone Xs max tonight and got a warning saying it could not charge because of liquid in the charging port. I have never seen this before and never had a problem charging my phone. Has anybody seen this warning?

The charger or port might be bad causing a jump between the connections simulating water being in there.
