Charging with Battery Pack?

If I want to charge my Macbook Pro with a portable battery pack, do I charge with a USB-C port or do I need a USB to Magsafe cable (if that even exists)?

USB-C to MagSafe 3 cables exist, though they’re ridiculously expensive if you don’t use the one that was included with your mains charger.
