Carrier Chicago 4g lte and 5g coverage

I was using AT&T a few weeks/months ago there and in the hotel just on the 3rd floor data coverage was horrible. Barely usable

Why ?

Anyway to improve it at that location ? (in the hotel 3rd floor)

Have no idea. But before I had 5G I was exited to get it once I bought it and had it on it was super fast but, I found out 5G drains battery faster on iPhones and androids.
So now I just left it off and battery last wayyy longer

This was with a iPhone 11.

The iPhone 11 gets terrible reception you should take advantage of Att phone sales and upgrade to a iPhone 12 or 13 5G . Att is rapidly upgrading to 5G
