I open 14 Chrome windows and i minimise them down to the dock. I restart and those windows are remembered by Yosemite and are opened again... but... they are not minimised as they were when OS shutdown, they will open on screen! Before a few weeks i didn't have this issue, when i would restart, those windows, would be remembered by the OS and they would be minimised down to the dock. Strange... any idea whats wrong?
