Civ 4 Patch..New to Mac...how to install?

I just made switch to Imac and love it. Been playing Civ 4. I downloaded patch. With windows, I would just double click and it would install. With other Mac downloads (widgets) they seem to self install. Not the Civ 4 patch. When I double click it, it just opens some apps. How do I actually install it? Thx!!!

Just double click on the installer app and follow the instructions.
