Civilization VI and Beyond Earth on M1

Has anyone played either or both Civilization VI and/or Beyond Earth on a M1 (Pro). I'm talking about the versions that are available on the Mac App Store, not the Steam versions.

I understand they're running in Rosetta but how is performance in general and are there bugs to be aware of ?

They both run very well on my M1 Max and I haven’t had any issues, though I do wish they would at least make Civ VI Arm native considering they have a native version on iOS/iPadOS

I have a 14" Macbook Pro with M1 Pro (10 cpu, 16 gpu cores), I guess I should be more than fine. Thanks !
