macOS CLion IDE taking all RAM

I've been testing CLion now for a while and it takes so much RAM on my system. Sometimes the same code takes around 200-400MB of RAM in VSC and around 2GB in CLion. BUt I thought this is crazy on Windows Systems the difference is even greater. Even the smallest kind of code in CLion takes around 3,5GB of RAM on Windows 11.
Someone else noticed that?!

Jetbrains IDEs are known to hog ram. You'll want at least a 16gib machine to use it.
