Anyone else experience their Cmd+Tab (app switching) functionality randomly crash?
I Googled around and found out that if I kill the dock (and have it automatically relaunch), this restores my Cmd+Tab. However, lately it's been getting even worse and it tends to drop shortly after my dock restarts. This is super-annoying, as I use Cmd+Tab maybe 100 times a day. Anyone else experience this or have other suggestions?
