MP 1,1-5,1 cMP 5.1 with XFX 7970 Dual Display Power Problem

My cMP 5.1 shows some strange behavior with High Sierra and Mojave.

When I concect one display the system uses 111 watt in idle.

After connecting a second display the system takes 170 watt.

After a while the PS and PCI fans spinning up to 1700 rpm.

If I disconnect the one display, the system power usage goes down to normal.

Fans are spinng down to normal.

When i boot to Win 7 or install my GTX 680, everything is normal.

Its definitivly the grafic card. I checked a clean install with Mojave.

It happens with or without EFI flash and on all ports.

Normal behavior for AMD cards, when a second display is connected the low power mode is disabled.
