The live feed in the CNNGo app has just stopped working for the past couple of weeks. All I get is either a black screen, or a few seconds of video from the last time it worked a couple of weeks ago. The latest videos work, as do all the shows that are available, but nothing with live. I am running a VPN since I live in Greece, and if it was that, then the app would not even open. Ive tried deleting/reinstalling the app, restarted my AppleTV, but it still does the same thing. All the other apps I have work fine; ESPN, NBC, Fox, etc. Has anyone else had the same issue? I contacted CNN, via the support email that is stated in the app, but I have yet to receive a response.
