Compressor help

Ok im new to compressor
When i try to convert my videos to 1080i and then do a submit it says couldnt find backround process. What do i need to do? And please dont say just llook in help cause mine guide got lost somwhere in the catacombs of my computer.

I was just looking this one up myself!

Looking to convert some of my short-movies to '3gpp' format for cell-phone, but getting the same error.
