This is ruining my week. I cannot figure out why these two would be hogging the cpu so much. It only happens when the Wi-Fi is on if that helps. I've tried restarting multiple times and when the Wi-Fi is off everything is calm, but as soon as I turn on AirPort it goes off.

I assume some background processes or third party install that doesn't like El Capitan yet is causing this?

Anyway I can find out what the issue is or will I have to go back to a clean time machine backup I have before I installed apps (pain in the butt).
