Connect to Airport Speakers?

I don't have any idea how this would be possible, or even if it would be, but perhaps with an app such as Airfoil? Streaming audio from the iPhone (and maybe eventually iPod touch) to Airport express speakers?

Or has this already been discussed and I missed it?

Agreed on both accounts. I wish I knew where to begin. Maybe it is something that will be easier to implement with the introduction of iTunes wifi.
