You may need to get a Radeon 7000. They have s-video out, as well as DVI and VGA. I Just got one from a fellow Macrumors member for my old B&W G3 and the s-video works great hooked up to the TV in my living room.

7000 is a PCI card. You can use it along side your AGP 9000. Or get a 9600 with TV out, but it's more expensive. 9800 is even more expensive, but a lot faster. There are VGA to TV converters, but most of them are about the same cost as a 7000.

The 9200 PCI is even better, but it's $120. You can also run it alongside the AGP 9000.

If you can spare the cash, the Radeon 9800 Pro is a good card, and a substantial upgrade to the 9000. I would avoid the Radeon 9200 PCI.
