HomeKit Connection issue with Eve Flare when connected to access point

Hi everyone,

This is the setup:

- Cellar: Router
- 1st floor: Apple TV 4K, Eve Flare, Repeater
- 3rd Floor: Access point

The issue: Whenever I'm connected to the access point I don't have access to the Eve Flare anymore.

This issue started suddenly (don't know exactly what the thing was that introduced this).

Any idea how I could fix this? Thanks and best wishes

EDIT: A few more infos:
1.) I also can't control the Flare when I'm connected to the router in the cellar.
2.) A restart of the router, repeater and access point didn't help.
3.) I know that the Flare connects over BLE but afaik it's sufficient when it's within BLE range of the Apple TV (which it is).
