Not a major issue - but the pods struggle to go back to Apple Music after a phone call. had this weird screeching sound today and had to manually play music again for it to stop

I don't have that issue but this one....
I have a strange "issue" with my AirPod Pros. They work ok, I have noticed degradation in the ANC over time, but the oddest thing is happening when I'm wearing them while listening to content via my Apple Watch. If I use my watch hand to scratch my back the sound will cut out. Then once my arm is back by my side the sound is back.
Note: this happens with my current watch S7 and previous one.

I do have a different issue though. Sometimes if a notification comes in and Siri reads it, once the notification is gone and the music/book starts back up it sounds like its playing in a concert hall, very echo-y. Toggling ANC on the AirPod doesn't do anything. I have to force close the app on my watch or use a different app for a bit then its fine.
