iPhone 8/Plus Contacts and email account

I have 3 email accounts
With two of them I can sync notes/calendar/contacts
But with one of them, my imap bt account I have no option to sync contacts but can only sync notes/calendar.
why would this be? Thanks

You might have to add the contacts syncing (CardDAV) separately.
