Reinstalled Mojave on a wiped clean internal 512GB blade on my 2019iMac. My Users folder is on an external 12TB RAID, as before. Used the Users and Groups advanced option to point my Mac to the external home folder, but I do keep in internal user folder for my Lightroom Cache files. Everything links to my Home folder on the external drive except Contacts, it keeps wanting to set up a new Library folder on the internal drive and install the address book info there, which of course does not have any contacts in it. Syncing my contacts on the iPhone does not update the internal Contact file with my contacts.

Anyone know how I can force Contacts to use the external drive Library folder?
