I've got restrictions enabled on an iPad, but I do NOT have the password, passcode or App Store restrictions enabled. This iPad also has TouchID and passcodes disabled as it's used by children.

Problem #1: Turning ON content restrictions seems to force the Apple ID into requiring a password for every purchase (no 15 minute timeout) and for free apps. Turning them off disables this override.

Problem #2: Multiple - MULTIPLE - password prompts when downloading free apps. I get a "sign in to your AppleID" password prompt, THEN a "Get app" password prompt, followed by a password prompt in the Settings app. 3 password requests, EVERY time, quite annoying.
