I reinstalled OS X El Capitan and now Continuity is not working as it should. Sometimes it does work. For some reason my iPhone (iOS 9) has 2 MacBook Pro's registered; probably one is my last install. How can I delete one? Or is there another solution?

Edit: it seems that this problem only arises when using DockPhone. Using FaceTime to make calls works. I reported the bug to DockPhone.
