Hey, did anyone know that if you hold the shift key and use Expose, it does it in slow motion? It is cool! Try it.

Nothing new, you can apply the same for the minimize effect.
There is also an error in the login window in 10.3.7 if you click a bit off on the lower account you will get an error message, nothing to worry about however its still a bug never had that before in previous updates. <--- A bit off topic.
