Hi,
I am trying to copy the contents of one hard drive of my own to another - but keep getting a message saying that I don´t have the right permissions for certain files. I am using Finder.
Any advice?
Also, is there a way to change the way that my mac handles copying files so that when it encounters a file that cannot be copied, instead of just stopping altogether, it carries on with copying the files that can be copied and then just lists the problems at the end?
Thanks!

I has similar when copying music from my imac HDD to a USB stick or to an SD card to use in car radio.

A simple reboot cleared this issue for me.

2007 20" imac running el capitan
