just a hypothetical question, but what copyright laws would be broken if someone made a portable xbox? like if they used psp and ds parts?

You mean like the screen or speakers? Because that's all you could really use... Different CPUs, controller layouts. Hell keeping the Xbox chip cool would be something huge! The PSP lasts less hours than fingers on a hand when it's running in 333mhz mode. Try 733mhz on the Xbox
