On Oct. 24th (2022), Apple TV+ went up by $2 a month, from $5 to $7 a month. Annual went up from $50 to $70 per year.
2 days later, the annual sub on Costco.com went up to reflect that, so it's now $63 per year, instead of the $45.
There were a few who managed to snag annual codes from there when it was still $45 a year, and redeemed them for up to the next 3 years, but man that didn't take long!
