Create window screenshot shortcut

Hi, you can change the shortcut for taking screenshots of selected areas or the whole screen, but I need to change the shortcut for taking a screenshot of a window, because pressing cmd shift 4 + spacebar is way too much and I have to do tons and tons of movie screenshots for studies.
