Apple Music Cross fade

For those with OS17 downloaded is the cross fade activated and if so is it a setting to on by default?

It’s not enabled, if you try to enable it the settings app crashes back to the Home Screen. On returning to the settings app if you try to open the Apple Music settings it crashes, every time. Not sure if resetting settings in Tested resetting device settings (settings > general > reset) and this fixes the music settings. You still cannot enable cross fade though.
