Just finished water cooling my mac. I haven't seen this done yet. The first custom loop in a Mac Pro without cutting or modding the case.

Mac Pro 5,1 2012
Dual X5690
Gigabyte 5700XT Gaming OC with Byski Waterblock powerd via Pixlas Mod
Highpoint SSD7101A-1 - Raid Controller
2 TB Inland Premium NVME running Big Sur 11.2.3
2 TB WD Black SN750 NVME running Windows 10 via Opencore Legacy Patcher
Upgraded PCI, Intake, Exhaust and PSU fans to Noctua (Thanks for the help @KeesMacPro & @Stex)
Sonnet Allegro USB 3.0 PCIE card

Push/Pull Setup
"Push" - Noctua NF-A12-25 FLX connected to NA-SAC1 adapted
Radiator - BXQINLENX Copper 120MM
"Pull" - Removed PCI fan and replaced with Noctua NF-A12x25 FLX (Soldered proprietary Apple fan connector to retain SMC control)
Tubing - XSPC Clear 3/8 ID 5/8 OD
Pump/Res - Byski Mini DDC Pump/Res Combo
Coolant - Distilled water with biocide mix
Fittings - Barrow & Floratek fittings
Powered push fan and pump/res combo using these adapters - motherboard mini 6pin power -> Mini 6pin to 6pin -> Female 6pin to Female 6pin -> 6pin to Molex
I'm really happy with the turn out and was able to get my second x16 PCIE slot back thanks to the waterblock. Noticeable noise when running but not bad. Used primarily for gaming, music production, and light video editing. Still trying to figure out a way to bolt down the pump but heavy duty velcro is working pretty well for now.
Next mods I'm looking to do are clear vinyl side panel and add a Gigabyte Titan Ridge card to my free x4 slot.
