I have a video file (.avi) that I need to cut into tracks and burn to a DVD. What would be the easiest way to divide the video into chapters?

i know this is easy to mark chapters in FCP... depends if you call FCP 'easy'. 
i'm not sure if iMovie would be able to mark the chapters, but it'd be worth a look. i know iDVD would probably be the easiest way to burn it. i'd recommend having a look at those two apps before thinking about any more complicated solutions. the iApps are pretty good at what they do...
