iPad Cydia not fully working: installed with Xabsi Anzhuang ios 10.3.2 Ipad

Hi, I would like to use the Bigboss repository with Cydia but I can only use the default Cydia/Telesphoreo one all the rest have a no entry sign on them. "More Packaging Sources" doesn't work. Thanks for any advice. I need to get the "revelation" software from the Bigboss repository to recover a gmail password. Please see this video:
