You know that we usually have Cydia package managers which have pre-installed on the checkra1n and unc0ver jailbreaks. Currently we have its latest update version 1.1.34.

This new upgrade has come with the special solution for the crash that can happen on iOS and iPadOS 13.5 when attempting to navigate the application with a hardware-based keyboard.

Most of them among jailbreakers are used to using iOS’ native software-based keyboard for searching their favorite jailbreak tweaks and extensions. And also if we think about Apple’s own first-party options, hardware keyboard users are particularly common among iPad users.

Updating procedure

Installing Cydia's new update version is a simple thing. Just follow these steps.

  1. First launch the application
  2. After the app will refresh all the sources
  3. Then you will be able to see a prompt which asking you to confirm the installation process for update
  4. All you need to do is simply click on the "Complete Upgrade" option
  5. Then the installing process will begin
  6. After the process is completed it will ask you to "Close" the Cydia
  7. Then you need to re-launch the Cydia application
  8. That's all

This update is recommended for all the users even if you are not using a hardware-based keyboard because this is an official update. Unless you will experience a notification for installing the essential upgrade each time you open it.

And also if you are currently using another type of jailbreak that pre-installs Sileo or another package manager by default you do not need to update this Cydia. All of those package managers will have their own separate updates apart from Cydia.
