As the title says, when I load Safari and manually type in any url (I've tried multiple pages and it happens on any website) and hit enter I can see the page is loading because the X in the url bar switches to the round circle with the arrow on the end and when I mouse over the webpage the cursor will occasionally go over URLs where the URL address is displayed in the lower lefthand corner of Safari as is always does but the page itself is a blank grey. It's not until I mouse-over (I don't even click, I only put my mouse over) the tab of the webpage I'm on that the webpage will magically appear.

Anyone else having this issue?

I want to update that all it took was restarting Safari and the issue went away. Problem was likely something on my end.

Must say, dark mode is awesome! Mojave is a great OS
