Data app suggestions?

can anyone provide suggestions for an app I'm been trying to locate?

It should have these features:
Voice recognition to enter content / data
Ability to sort content by date, alphabetical order, etc.
Columns

Essentially I want to an app for my recipes. I want to add a whole bunch of recipes by speaking rather than typing using voice recognition and then be able to search for the recipes and to sort them alphabetically or by category, etc.any suggestions welcomed!

You can use Kingsoft Office for Android device, but I dont know any app for iPhone.

For voice recognition, simply use Integrated keyboard, and enable dictation.
For app meeting your need, you may need to search financial app. I use Microsoft access so I cannot help you a lot.
