Hello a quick question, I was wondering what does it happen if I leave allowed this network function and I'm at my own country? I know this is for getting Internet if you travel but does it give you better or worse performance or does anything?

Thank you :)

It shouldn't make any difference when you're in your "home" country.

It's best to leave it off, as you might be charged international rates if your phone picks up a signal from a foreign network (which can happen if you go near a border)
