Sighted in an advertisement: "400Mhz DDR (NEW!)"
Assuming the advertisement is truthful, then 400 Mhz DDR is seeping into
the channel. It would then be safe to presume that companies which could
possibly require DDR 400 (PC2400 iirc) in the near or immediate future
probably have secured supply already. This coincides with the recent MOSR
rumors, which I was unbelieving of given that I hadn't seen anything with
regard to DDR 400 production. So, one less reason to not-believe-MOSR
