I bought ibook g3 800mhz 512mb 30gb hdd off craiglist the girl said it would run but nothing on display, i have read about chip shim even done it it does work, this i book i have no mac power supply, no battery, so i used a power supply from sony reversed the leads so neg was center and postive was outter sheild to match mac dc input board, still no power no fan nothing power suppy is 19 v 3 a @60watts, more than a mac battery would provide. any ideas from here?
