Deep question about extra video card...

Ok, I want to add another video card to my PowerMac, is a quad G5.

Now, does anybody has any experience using the DVI to S-Video adapter on that extra video card?

More complex yet, if I get a Dual DVI card, can I use two DVI to S-video adpaters and get signal?

Or, does anybody know about a PCI express card that output composite video?

The thing is that I am using a software that can handle up to 7 different video output but the manofacturer do not know If the DVI adapter works on the extra video cards and I need composite video, not DVI.

Thanx for your advice.
