iPhone Delay sound on notification?!

so I recetly purchased an iphone x and have been having a problem. Im super OCD so this gets me annoyed. Whenever I get a notification, say from snap chat or imessage or any app, the notification will slide down, but the sound wont happen till about 2 seconds later. Anyone else noticing this on their phone? Any fixes?

Every notification? I can't say it never happens on my iPhone 8 but it's definitely not every time.

Seems like a restart, reset or reinstall would be the only options.

It's something I've seen but I can't remember the last time it happened.
