I'm not sure if this is truly a carrier issue but figured I'd ask. I recently switched our carrier from AT&T to Cricket to save money and it was around that time I noticed notifications would be delayed. Nest Hello and Ring Spotlight Cam are both 1-3 min. delayed, and we have Bark for my son's phone and when using the Check-in option there is a 5-15 min. delay. This even happens when we're at home on wi-fi. Is this a phone issue or a Cricket issue? I appreciate any insight. Thanks.

Might be carrier related. When I had Cricket a few years ago, LTE speed varies 10-30 mbps and felt it might be throttled. Have you done a network reset?

Turns out it was Cricket. I switched to a different carrier and notifications came through immediately.
