So I upgraded from Sierra to High Sierra, and had two Mac paritions before. I wiped one, but I can't delete it. Keep getting this error:

I ended up in that situation and ended up wiping the disk and creating new partitions and reinstalling.

Yeah haha. I had to do the same at the end. Kinda annoying though, but I guess the utility will be updated later on down the road.

For future reference to anyone, you can use the 'APFS deletecontainer' command with Disk Utility to delete APFS filesystem partitions
