Dell 32" 4K Monitor on 2013 Mac Pro ?

I am in the market for a new monitor.

Does anyone have any experience with the 32" Dell 4K monitor (Dell Ultrasharp UP3216Q) on a 2013 Mac Pro? Or any other Mac for that matter?

I have read that the Dell monitors are generally pretty good.

I'd love to move up to 4K from my trusty, old Apple 30" display. It's getting a bit long in the tooth.
